1.Introduction to TMM6 2-Layer 15mil PCB

Rogers TMM6 is a ceramic thermoset microwave laminate designed for high plated through-hole reliability in stripline and microstrip applications. Combining the benefits of ceramic and traditional PTFE materials, TMM6 does not require specialized production techniques and offers a unique dielectric constant within its product family. This makes it an ideal choice for high-frequency and high-reliability PCB designs.

Low dissipation factor of 0.0023 at 10GHz
Thermal coefficient of Dk: -11 ppm/°K
Matched coefficient of thermal expansion to copper

CTE (x,y,z): 18 ppm/K, 18 ppm/K, 26 ppm/K
Thermal conductivity: 0.72 W/m·K
Available thickness: 0.0015 to 0.500 inches ± 0.0015″
